Bruce Greenberg

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Bruce Neil Greenberg on Monday, July 27, 2026, after a short but very courageous battle with cancer.

Bruce was the cherished son of the late Eleanor and Al Greenberg, a devoted partner, proud father and Zayda, brother uncle cousin, and friend.

He will be forever remembered for his generosity, his strong wit, and the quiet love he showed so naturally to those around him.

He is survived by his beloved and devoted long-time partner (BB) Brenda Cox, his cherished daughters, Diana and Jenna Greenberg ( Matt) and his treasured granddaughter Mia whom he shared grandparental pride  with Lily. In addition to Sarah Cox Couture ( Hamed), Philippe Couture ( Hannah), Matt Philip (Kimberly) along with his bonus grandchildren who lovingly  knew him  as Zayda, is Yasmine ( Ya Ya) Elyas, Malia, Sebastian, and Huxley.

He will be missed by his siblings Fred Greenberg (Sandy) Mark Greenberg (Ruth) and his sister Janice Greenberg (Alison) along with his many nieces and nephews and cousins and friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.

We are deeply grateful for the love, kindness, and support shown our family at this time. Every visit, snack, phone call, text, hug, and prayer has brought comfort during this difficult time. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Andy Chelminski for his unwavering kindness and support.

As per Bruce's explicit wishes, details of a Celebration of Life will be forthcoming but if preferred, condolences may also be shared here.
