In loving memory of
Patrick Hills
March 22, 1961 – June 3, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Patrick Hills, 65, who left us on June 3, 2026, after an eleven-year battle with cancer.
Patrick was a man who lived with humor, kindness, and style. Known for his quick wit and infectious sense of humor, he had a remarkable ability to make people feel at ease. He carried himself with confidence and flair, but it was his genuine caring that left the greatest impression on those who knew him. Patrick had a way of making people feel seen, valued, and welcome, and his compassion touched many lives.
For eleven years, Patrick faced cancer with courage, resilience, and determination. He met each challenge with strength and dignity, inspiring those around him through his perseverance. After a long and courageous fight, he found peace in the care of the CHUM Hospital Palliative Care Unit, the hospital that cared for Patrick throughout his battle.
Patrick is lovingly remembered by his mother, Monique Lamberty-Hills, and his brother, Daniel Hills (Gina). He was predeceased by his father, Gerald Hills (Joyce Hills), and his beloved ex-partner, Meng Wu, whose memory remained close to his heart.
While words cannot fully express the loss we feel, we are grateful for the time we shared with Patrick and for the countless memories he leaves behind. His laughter, kindness, and unique spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
Patrick will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
